Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Conflux (the “Service”), operated by [REPLACE: operating company], registered at [REPLACE: registered address, Italy] (“we”, “us”). By requesting early access or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Early access
The Service is offered on an invite-only, early-access basis. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn, and we may limit or revoke access at any time. Availability is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account, your credentials, and any API keys issued to you. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
3. Your vendor keys and third-party providers
Conflux routes requests to third-party providers (e.g. Sightengine, ACRCloud, TinEye, Google Vision, OpenAI, EnsembleData) using credentials you supply. Your use of each provider remains subject to that provider’s own terms, and you are responsible for your relationship, entitlements, and charges with them.
4. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, infringing, or abusive content or requests.
- No attempts to breach security, exceed rate limits, or reverse-engineer the Service.
- No use that violates a third-party provider’s terms.
5. Fees
Pricing is described on our pricing page and/or your order form. [REPLACE: billing model, currency, invoicing cadence, taxes]. Provider charges billed to your vendor accounts are separate from any Conflux fees.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Service. You retain all rights in your content and data. You grant us a limited licence to process your requests solely to operate the Service.

8. Warranties & liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties, and our aggregate liability is limited to [REPLACE: liability cap]. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts, outages, or charges of third-party providers.
9. Termination
Either party may stop using or providing the Service at any time during early access. Sections that by their nature should survive, survive.
10. Governing law
